Rib Knit

Rib knit fabric is a frequently preferred type of fabric in the textile world, known for its comfortable use and flexible structure. Rib knit fabrics used in clothing and medical supplies stand out thanks to the flexibility of their knitting structure. This fabric has high elasticity and bounce, providing two-way use. Produced with a knitting technique, this fabric prevents the edges from curling, retains body heat, keeps warm, and prevents cold from penetrating.

Two-Ply

Two-ply fabrics are generally used for different purposes due to their thick texture, making them the preferred material for spring and fall clothing. These fabrics are widely used in clothing products such as sweatshirts, hooded pieces, and tracksuits. They are produced with single-plated circular knitting machines using needle and latch arrangements. Usually, two different threads with different numbers (ground thread and lining thread) are attached to the same needle. Lining threads are generally thick, voluminous, and starchable.

Three-Ply

Three-ply fabrics are generally used for different purposes. The first thread forms the texture of the ground, while the second thread (lining thread) forms the surface, and the third thread strengthens the connection, making the structure more robust, preventing the lining thread from appearing on the front surface. Three-ply fabrics typically use cotton/polyester blend threads.
